The testers are now ready to take measurements. The meter will display a diagram indicating to take the meter to one side of the link and the source to the other side.

Press YES on the meter to start testing the fiber link at this time.

The OTDR screen appears first because all of the fibers need to be tested with the OTDR. This is required so that the length of each fiber can be recorded and used for the certification test.
