This slideshow will present the best method to producing a Tier 2 certification report with the Fiber OWL 7+. It is assumed that the fiber link was properly designed, installed, and tested according to industry standard requirements and recommended best practices, as shown here. For non-standard link configurations, such as a patch panel on one end, or "home run" where there are no patch panels at all, technicians may need to adjust their test procedure and reference method accordingly.
