At the RUN NAME screen, use the up and down arrows to navigate the entry fields, and use the right arrow to enter the appropriate values.

You will enter the Fiber Name, the first fiber number to use, and the number of fibers in the job.

And, since we are doing a Tier 2 certification test, which includes both OTDR and certification, choose FULL mode.
