Take a moment to look at both units. The MASTER will show the STARTUP MENU while the REMOTE unit will indicate that it is waiting for a response from the MASTER.

All of the setup parameters will be entered into the MASTER unit. The REMOTE unit will not be used right away so you can set the REMOTE aside for the time being.
