But you can save some money by providing your own items, and purchase only the additional items you don't currently have.
Fiber OWL 7+ Test Kits are the same as a bundle but without the fiber rings and video scope.
But if you already own a NIST-traceable light source, OTDR fiber rings, and a videoscope, then all you need to print a Tri-Report is a stand-alone Fiber OWL 7+ Tier 2 Fiber Certifier.
