Connect the meter and source in to the first fiber in the link.
Then, press TEST on the meter.
After a few seconds, the meter screen will be updated with certification results.
Green means pass
Red means fail
Blue indicates a potential procedural issue where the reference may not have been set properly. If this is the case, re-set the reference. The length will not need to be re-measured.
