Make sure that you include the service ticket number on the outside of the package or the package will be rejected!
Product Return Authorization Policy

1) No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) number. RA numbers will be issued at the time of initial RA request by OWL personnel. RA numbers must appear on the outside of the package being returned.

2) No product may be returned for credit after 30 days from date of purchase.

3) If a product is being returned for credit, the package must be post-marked within 30 days of the date of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee for non-defective products returned for credit within 30 days from date of purchase. Credit due will be issued after OWL personnel determine that the item has been returned in saleable condition. No credit will be issued if the device has been damaged, altered, or any other condition that would warrant a product to be non-saleable.

4) A detailed description of the product's defect must be given before an RA number is issued.
