In order to become a foreign distributor of Optical Wavelength Laboratories test equipment, the following points must be agreed to:

1)  Qualifying distributors will be given discounts based upon our standard distributor price list.  These prices are firm and not negotiable.  The OWL name, price, and quality stand alone.

2)  Due to the high cost of shipping, no paper documents will be supplied through standard mail channels.  Qualifying distributors must be able to communicate through a system of e-mail and downloads from our website.  Necessary documents will be provided in PDF format to be read with Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Downloaded documents may be reproduced for advertising purposes.

3)  Qualifying distributor's country must be in good trade standing with the United States of America.  No trade embargo may exist against that country.

4)  Payment on terms will not be offered.  Payment must be received by bank transfer only.  Bank information will be provided when it is necessary.  Orders will not be shipped until the transfer clears our bank.

5)  In order to become an exclusive dealer in their respective country, distributors must purchase significant quantities of product on a regular basis.

6)  All international shipping charges will be covered by distributor.

7)  Potential distributors must agree to each of these points before receiving the benefits of distributorship.
